【職務内容】

1. 地域営業戦略・事業開発

• 担当地域および同地域に本社を置く顧客に対する営業戦略を策定し、実行を推進
• プロダクトグループ（Division／PG）の地域戦略・中期計画・予算策定に参画し、成長機会や実現に向けた施策を特定
• 売上成長、市場シェア拡大、受注拡大、収益性向上に向けた営業・事業開発プロジェクトを推進
• 地域営業チームが策定する営業目標・戦略を検証し、実行状況を管理
• Product Marketing、R&Dと連携し、地域顧客向けのInnovation Tech Daysの企画・実施を推進

1. 営業業績・予算管理

• 地域におけるプロダクトグループの営業目標達成に向けた業績管理
• KPIをモニタリングし、課題の特定と改善施策を推進（売上高・成長率、受注高、市場シェア、価格管理、為替影響、延滞債権（Overdue））
• 地域顧客を対象とした中期計画（MTP）および年間予算の策定を支援
• Customer／Commercial Approval（CAA）等の承認プロセスを推進・支援
• 営業戦略・事業開発戦略の実行状況を管理し、中期計画の達成確度向上を図る

1. 顧客・社内外の関係構築

• Division／Product Groupを代表し、地域の主要顧客との関係を構築・維持
• 地域顧客とDivision／PGの営業組織との間に立ち、情報共有・調整を推進
• National Directorによる地域顧客・現地当局との関係構築を支援
• 顧客満足度向上に向け、地域内の優先課題や対応方針を調整
• 危機・トラブル発生時の地域コミュニケーションをリードし、顧客との関係維持を図る

1. チームマネジメント・人材育成

• 地域営業チームの目標達成に向けたマネジメントおよび業務支援
• メンバーの製品知識、営業力、商談スキル向上に向けた育成・トレーニングを推進
• Challenger Salesの導入・定着を推進し、営業組織の提案力・商談力向上を図る

◎ Valeo Japan consists of four divisions:

１）　Power Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions related to thermal management, comfort, and electric powertrains to accelerate electrification.

２）　Brain Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions to accelerate ADAS and reinvent the interior experience.

３）　Light Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for "lighting everywhere."

４）　Valeo Service Division: Handles aftermarket services for all products under Divisions 1 to 3.

*This position is within the Power Division.

[Job Responsibilities]

1. Regional Sales Strategy & Business Development

• Formulate and drive the execution of sales strategies for the assigned region and customers headquartered in the region.
• Participate in defining regional strategies, mid-term plans, and budget formulation for the Product Group (Division/PG), identifying growth opportunities and key initiatives for execution.
• Drive sales and business development projects to achieve sales growth, market share expansion, order intake growth, and profitability improvement.
• Review and manage the execution status of sales targets and strategies established by the regional sales team.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and R&D to plan and execute Innovation Tech Days for regional customers.

1. Sales Performance & Budget Management

• Manage performance to achieve the Product Group's sales targets in the region.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying issues and driving corrective actions: Revenue and growth rate, Order intake, Market share, Price management, Foreign exchange impact, Overdue receivables
• Support the formulation of the Mid-Term Plan (MTP) and annual budget for regional customers.
• Drive and support approval processes, such as Customer/Commercial Approval (CAA).
• Monitor the execution of sales and business development strategies to increase the probability of achieving mid-term plan goals.

1. Customer & Stakeholder Relationship Management

• Represent the Division/Product Group to build and maintain relationships with key regional customers.
• Act as an interface between regional customers and the Division/PG sales organization to facilitate information sharing and alignment.
• Support the National Director in building relationships with regional customers and local authorities.
• Coordinate regional priorities and response strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead regional communications during crises or major issues to safeguard customer relationships.

1. Team Management & Talent Development

• Manage and support the regional sales team to ensure target achievement.
• Drive team member development and training to enhance product knowledge, sales capabilities, and negotiation skills.
• Promote and embed the "Challenger Sales" methodology to elevate the organization's proposal and negotiation capabilities.
