Job Description

Dolphin Debit, a wholly owned subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide, helps banks and credit unions manage their ATM and interactive teller machine (ITM) networks. Its ATM and ITM services cover equipment, transaction processing, cash management, monitoring, maintenance and support, helping financial institutions provide reliable self-service banking while reducing the work of managing these networks internally.

We are seekign a Regional Sales Director, you are responsible for selling ATM's in an assigned territory with the expectation of exceeding annual targets. The Regional Sales Director defines the sales strategy for the region, seeks sales opportunities with new clients, manages the sales process and leads the negotiations process to bring the sale to a successful close.

  • Secure new business contracts with prospective financial institutions
  • Renew and extend existing agreements with existing clients
  • Establish & develop relationships with key decision-makers & industry contacts through
  • face-to-face, phone and email interaction.
  • Maintain a highly visible presence in your assigned territory through on-site visits to
  • prospective and client offices, attendance and participation at state and local events
  • such as credit union league functions, chapter meetings, golf outings, banker breakfasts,
  • etc.
  • Attend and exhibit at approved conferences and trade shows in your assigned territory.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals for external use.
  • Work with internal staff to ensure client expectations are being met.
  • Manage a pipeline for internal tracking and forecasting of potential sales.
  • Work with management for professional development and growth.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications include:

  • 10+ years of experience in software sales to financial services organizations, with an emphasis on electronic payments applications and/or core banking applications.
  • Proven track record of achieving multi-million dollar annual sales targets and onboarding new clients.
  • Ability to craft informative and accurate ROI models for presentation to clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage at the C-level.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver quality results.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile to be successful.
  • Proven hunting and closing sales.
  • Travel up to 25%.
