We’re looking for a hands-on Regional Sales Director to lead Creatio’s growth across Western Europe. In this role, you’ll drive regional revenue growth, lead a high-performing enterprise sales team, and play a critical role in expanding our enterprise footprint across the region. Partner effectively with global, cross-functional, and remote teams while providing regular business updates to leadership. What We’re Looking For8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, including 3+ years leading new business sales teams. Strong background in enterprise B2B SaaS, ideally within CRM, BPM, ERP, EPM, low-code/no-code, BI, CX/XM, HCM, or marketing automation. Proven success selling to large enterprise organizations across multiple industries, managing complex sales cycles and high-value deals. Experience operating in complex, multi-product, multi-channel enterprise sales environments. Strong understanding of value-based selling methodologies such as MEDDICC / MEDDPICC. Track record of consistently exceeding quota in high-growth SaaS companies. Strong leadership skills with proven experience in people management, coaching, and team development. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships. Strong understanding of market trends and the ability to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Established professional network within the region. Experience selling into large financial institutions is a strong plus. Self-motivated, results-driven, energetic, and passionate about sales.
