Job Description

About Us

For over 150 years we have made the toughest, no-nonsense footwear for work and play. We now distribute across six continents and over 70 countries.

We are proudly family owned and operate our Head Office from our home in Hobart, Tasmania. Our products are developed in Hobart and we use the best resources available from around the world to create footwear that continues to push the boundaries—from iconic elastic-sided boots to safety and industrial footwear designed for every environment.

Our people are dedicated and highly skilled, and their commitment to quality, innovation and our products has underpinned our success.

The Role

As a Regional Sales & Account Manager, you will play a key role in delivering strong sales outcomes, leading a high-performing field team, and strengthening our presence across your region.

Working closely with senior sales leaders and cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for executing sales strategy, managing key customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth. You’ll also play an important role in connecting customer insights and market trends back into the business to inform decision-making.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you will balance team leadership, customer engagement, and commercial delivery. Regular travel will be required to stay connected to your team, customers, and broader market activity.

About You

You are a commercially minded sales leader who enjoys leading from the front. You’re confident building relationships, influencing outcomes, and translating strategy into action.

You bring:

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership or multi-territory role
  • Strong people leadership capability, including coaching and developing others
  • Solid commercial acumen, with experience managing performance, budgets, and targets
  • Strong relationship management skills and the ability to influence a range of stakeholders
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret sales performance and identify opportunities
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities

Experience within consumer goods, retail, or industrial/B2B environments will be highly regarded.

The Benefits

Join our market-leading, family-owned business in a dynamic and rewarding position.

We offer an attractive salary package, including access to our annual bonus incentive program.

How to Apply

Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your suitability for the role via the platform you have accessed the role.

Blundstone Australia

About Blundstone Australia

Rewind to 1870. Blundstone footwear was born and bred tough to weather the untamed terrain called home – Tasmania, Australia.

Since then, we've put boots on Aussie soldiers and Everest expeditioners, miners and musicians. We've helped footballers and farmers, tap dancers and Olympic athletes to put their best foot forward.

Pull them on and off up to 10,000 times. Mess them up. Dress them down – or the other way around. Our boots will be up for it.

While our history is a source of strength – the thing that really inspires us is the toughness of those who've worn our boots.
