RTM 区域规划制定： 按照公司分销目标要求和政策， 制定大区的RTM 体系的规划， 分解目标和资源 RTM 政策的参与制定： 和大区经理及管理层一起， 回顾RTM 政策的有效性， 参与年度的RTM 政策制定。 督促和协助大区内的RTM 各项任务的 落地实际执行， 追踪回顾执行结果， 及时辅导和督促大区内的执行落地 协助小区经理 管理大区内的主要（金牌） 经销商， 辅导参与主要（金牌）经销商的联合生意计划。 审批和控制， 按照流程和政策， 对于经销体系的新开和关闭等， 做好审核把关工作 推动SFA/DDI 等经销商和门店 管理系统的使用， 完善经销和门店管理的数据准确度及时性。 培训大区内的各级销售岗位的分销拓展和经销商管理的能力建设。 对于大区内的整体RTM 相关费用投入， 包括各项返利， 套餐等做好规划和 费用把控。 信息收集， 对于行业的相关RTM 信息建立 信息收集， 及时反馈各项市场信息 其他大区经理和总部的RTM 交办的相关工作事项
