As a Regional Support Specialist, you’ll work closely with the Regional Community Bank Manager, Regional President, and Location Managers to support consistency and communication across the region. You’ll serve as a trusted partner while helping leaders stay focused on their teams, customers, and communities.
In this role, you’ll support regional leadership through reporting and KPI visibility, travel and expense coordination, and planning for sponsorships, events, and employee activities. You’ll also assist with community engagement by tracking CRA related activity and supporting financial literacy initiatives.
You’ll help ensure our locations remain strong and well supported by coordinating facility needs, maintenance requests, vendor relationships, supplies, and construction project support and reporting. Throughout it all, you’ll connect people, priorities, and processes to keep markets aligned.
