RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • 依据全国零售战略制定区域业务策略并执行,优化分销网络以满足业务需求。
  • 监控经销商信用及运营状况,控制风险。
  • 根据市场环境建立零售端进入市场的模式。
  • 协同商务团队,按照经销商选择标准筛选合作伙伴,培养并赋能合作伙伴以适配不同渠道的业务需求,与区域合作伙伴建立长期合作关系。
  • 负责管理CSO合作伙伴,拓展区域经销商网络,通过有效管理达成业务目标。确保合作伙伴遵守适用的公司政策、流程及中国各项法规。
  • 与经销商/CSO合作,扩大市场覆盖范围,并确保零售药店供货顺畅
  • 与BU中央市场及多渠道品牌策略负责人合作设计零售推广材料
  • 确保100%完成所有全球及本地合规培训,遵守适用的政策、流程及其他法规。

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 本科及以上学历,医药或相关专业
  • 10年以上医药行业相关工作经验
  • 较强的政策洞察能力,以及经销商谈判能力;
  • 丰富的与经销商合同管理经验;
  • 较强的跨部门沟通能力和领导力。
