YOUR IMPACT _________

The Regional Retail Excellence Manager plays a key role in driving and animating the retail excellence, from retail education to retail performance strategy in Travel Retail Asia Pacific (TR APAC).

As the retail excellence expert, you will be responsible to strengthen retail capabilities with retail population and enhance the retail performance and operations across all touchpoints, managing key performance indicators to enhance the operational efficiency and financial performance of the business across the region.

You will be responsible for transversal projects within digital learning and client development to educate and engage 600 Beauty Consultants in the region. You will oversee the strategy for the platform and drive BC engagement within this digital learning community. You will ensure the right adaptation of the client development approach to travel retail for BCs to be empowered with the Dior retail values, service standards and sales methods. Together with the education and marketing team, you will collaborate to organize events such as BC seminars and other engagement activities.

Reporting to the Regional Senior Retail Education Manager, you will also work closely with the Training Managers to support their training content needs, with the Retail Managers to drive retail excellence and with the Regional Marketing team to refine retail tools, services and exciting experiences for our customers.

YOUR MISSION _________

RETAIL EXCELLENCE: PERFORMANCE & OPERATION

  • Empower and drive retail and field population, and elevate their retail expertise
  • Lead as the Centre of Excellence across Retail Performance and Retail Operation and ensure brand-defined strategic priorities and objectives are deployed across the region.
  • Partner with central teams to drive and standardize policies, guidelines and procedures to enhance operational efficiency, improve and maximize retail productivity and BCs productivity across the market(s)/region.
  • Work closely with the Retail Managers to evaluate the relevancy and efficiency of standard initiative and ensure all met local needs and aligned with global strategies.
  • Responsible to maintain Dior Retail Performance & Operations Standards in Retail Management training programs, Retail Digital Tools, KPI’s dashboards.
  • Define, track, and analyze KPIs that directly impact the operational efficiency and financial performance of the country/region retail business. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on regional data analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, work in partnership with Retail Managers to drive performance of boutique/top doors and expert/specialist teams to ensure annual business objectives are achieved.
  • Conduct Retail Training Program and Coach Retail teams on leadership, performance management and business acumen.
  • Owner of Dior Client Experience Assessment Program
  • Partner with International Retail Performance Project team to identify needs for the region and develop relevant retail tools/policies/procedures/guidelines to meet the changing needs of the business.
  • Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting processes with regional insights.

DIGITAL E-LEARNING STRATEGY AND MANAGEMENT

  • Responsible for e-learning strategy and its role in the BC’s learning journey
  • Ensure the smooth running of the MyDior platform and its database of learning content and user data is up to date
  • Strengthen the autonomy and develop digital competencies of the Training Managers to jointly work on the digital platform, through the continued refinement of work processes and guidelines.
  • Onboard to key stakeholders with an induction to the manager’s dashboard of the app.
  • Facilitate the rollout of digital learning content on the worldwide and China platforms.
  • Drive digital engagement through gamifications, contests, expert communities, idea and feedback loops.
  • Monitor and follow up on regional BC learning and engagement KPIs, update Trainers on Learning Performance data and upcoming Activities.
  • Plan the e-learning calendar, consult to other axis regional training managers on roll out engagement plan and BC e-learning activities.

CLIENT DEVELOPMENT & CEA

  • Responsible to select the relevant modules and educational content on client development such as D.I.O.R. Selling Method and Dior Signature
  • Collaborate with markets to adapt the selected client development modules and content to the right TR context
  • Follow the rollout of new modules and feedback to central teams on the progress of the key client development modules
  • Owner of the Client Experience Assessment (CEA) Program

BC SEMINAR PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Together with the Senior Retail Education Manager and Marketing team, support on the organization of the annual BC Seminar.
  • Define retro plan and supervise the supporting agency to deliver according to timeline.
  • Advise on outline/ overall rundown and resources required.
  • Collaborate with training and retail teams to ensure smooth logistical and organizational processes.
  • Ensure clear communications with attendees pre and post seminar.
  • To collect feedback post-seminar and conduct evaluation with key internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 8 -10 years of experience in managerial roles within luxury retail industry
  • A global vision & understanding of the retail network and retail operation.
  • Experience in Digital Learning management and blended learning strategy.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational excellence in managerial role.
  • Experience of working in matrix organization and delivering results through deep understanding of the challenges and objectives of various stakeholders.
  • Abilities to engage and influence a diverse group of individuals, lead change and inspire work towards common goals.
  • Strong data analytical skills coupled with strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellence in planning, communication, and project management skills.
  • A growth mindset and self-starter, encouraging new ideas and smart risk taking in self and others.
  • Proficient in Digital Learning App, Excel and Power BI.
