Job Description

America’s Home Health Services is seeking a motivated Regional Recruitment Specialist to support hiring throughout the Wilkes-Barre region. This hybrid role combines remote recruiting, flexible in-office branch support, community outreach, and regional travel.

Candidates must live in or within a reasonable commuting distance of the Wilkes-Barre, PA area.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned branches and territories.
• Provide in-office branch support with flexibility to coordinate your schedule based on recruitment and branch needs.
• Source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
• Develop recruitment strategies based on current and anticipated staffing needs.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines and consistent candidate communication.
• Partner with branch leadership to identify and address priority staffing needs.
• Develop local recruitment pipelines through community organizations, schools, workforce programs, job fairs, and hiring events.
• Track recruitment activity, hiring results, and key performance indicators.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within recruitment systems.
• Support referral, reactivation, and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must reside in or within reasonable commuting distance of the Wilkes-Barre, PA area.
• Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, HR, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Home healthcare or high-volume recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and candidate pipelines.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and recruitment technology.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned region and provide in-office branch support.
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule based on branch, candidate, and recruitment needs.
