At Behavioral Health Group, recruiting is more than filling positions. It’s about building the teams that help change lives every day.

As the nation’s largest network of Joint Commission-accredited treatment centers and a leading provider of opioid addiction treatment services, BHG operates 110+ locations across 22 states and serves more than 42,000 patients nationwide. Our growth continues, and we are looking for a high-impact Regional Recruiter who thrives in a fast-moving environment and knows how to find exceptional talent in competitive markets.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys balancing high-volume field recruiting with corporate office hiring, partnering closely with hiring managers, and proactively sourcing passive candidates who elevate the quality of every hire.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for a mix of field and corporate positions across assigned regions and business functions
  • Manage high-volume hiring needs while maintaining a strong focus on candidate quality and hiring manager partnership
  • Recruit for critical healthcare and operational roles, including counselors, nurses, leadership, and corporate support positions
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers by acting as a true recruiting partner and advisor throughout the hiring process
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent using LinkedIn, networking, referrals, job boards, and market research
  • Conduct thorough phone screens and candidate evaluations to ensure strong alignment in skills, culture, and long-term fit
  • Drive an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate recruiting activity and compliance documentation within the ATS
  • Support ongoing Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives as the company continues to grow

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting multi-site or high-volume hiring environments
  • Proven success recruiting both field-based and corporate office positions
  • Strong sourcing and passive candidate outreach experience
  • Ability to build credibility and influence with hiring managers at all levels, including difficult or high-expectation stakeholders
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills with a focus on quality of hire
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
  • Healthcare, behavioral health, or multi-location recruiting experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
