Regional Quality Manager

What you will enjoy doing*

  • You will participate and support agency, customer audits and any internal compliance program assessments
  • Facilitates location quality meeting activities, including the review of Quality Organization Chart(s) and QA Reviewer activities
  • You will list customer complaints and internal non-compliances in the Master Control Quality Incident Reporting database (QIR)
  • Ensures that all quality incidents are properly investigated, documented and closed in a timely manner
  • You will manage compliance training and implementation
  • Addresses all action items from assessments (corporate, business, self-assessments, agency, customer)
  • Maintains Management of Change (MOC) procedures
  • You will implement required changes to Operating Procedures and Standards
  • Attends regular QA conference calls and meetings, and acts of communicated guidance

What makes you great

  • You have 4-year technical degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years Industry experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), FDA regulations, and ISO quality management systems
  • You are proficient computer skills, including Microsoft applications
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Ability to travel 40-60% within the LG&E East region
  • You have the ability to work flexible hours

Pay Range: $90,000-$132,000
