What the role involves :
In this role, you will act as the regional reference for Quality Management, ensuring alignment with Group standards while strengthening local capabilities across Western Europe & Israel. You will play a key role in driving a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across diverse business units.
You will collaborate closely with cross-border stakeholders and support local teams in navigating standards, risks, and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities:
Act as the owner of the Regional Quality Management Framework, ensuring alignment with Group directives, ISO standards, and local regulatory requirements
Advise senior leadership and support local business units on Quality Management topics, including upcoming changes in standards and continuous process optimisation
Lead and facilitate risk management practices, embedding them as a core capability to enhance product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction
Conduct internal audits across business units and drive continuous improvement initiatives in line with Group QM guidelines
Develop Quality Management capabilities across the region through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing, while promoting a strong culture of compliance and excellence
What you need :
We’re looking for someone with:
Proven experience in Quality Management within an industrial or manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of ISO standards and Quality Management systems
Experience in auditing, risk management, and continuous improvement methodologies
Ability to operate in a complex, international and matrix organization
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and support local teams
A collaborative mindset with strong communication and training capabilities
Fluent in English
