Performance, Process Improvement & Best Practices

  • Establish consistent tools, routines, and reporting practices that improve visibility into plant purchasing and materials-management performance.
  • Identify and share best practices across plants and regions to strengthen process consistency, supplier execution, and operational discipline.
  • Escalate risks, barriers, and resource needs to purchasing leadership and regional leadership as appropriate.
  • Promote a strong focus on safety, quality, service, accountability, continuous improvement, and the Champion Operating Principles.
