Responsibilities

Responsibilities: - Own and be fully accountable for user growth KPIs in the target market, driving scalable and sustainable player acquisition. - Develop and leverage local market resources, enhancing the team’s capabilities in localized publishing execution and player insights. - Lead both local and cross-regional teams, ensuring high standards in execution efficiency, decision-making quality, and delivery outcomes. - Identify, attract, and develop key local talents, building a strong and sustainable talent pipeline while driving overall team growth. - Continuously optimize market-specific publishing strategies based on data analysis and market feedback, while proactively responding to competitor dynamics and market shifts.

Qualifications

Qualifications: - Strong resilience under pressure, with a growth mindset and results-driven approach. - Minimum 5 years of experience in overseas marketing or game publishing. - Highly data-driven, with strong analytical and structured thinking skills. - Deep understanding of overseas player behavior, cultural nuances, and local channel ecosystems. - Professional fluency in English (both written and verbal) to ensure seamless cross-border communication and executive reporting. Mandarin proficiency is required for effective coordination with Chinese colleagues and HQ stakeholders. - Proven team management experience, with preference for candidates who have led cross-border or multi-regional teams.
