DP World, the fast-growing transportation and logistics leader that currently manages more than 10% of world trade, is seeking a customer-focused Regional Proposal Manager based in Wrocław, Poland to join our team on a fixed-term basis as maternity leave replacement.

This role is key to translating customer needs into strong, well-coordinated proposals that support both business growth and operational success. Salary interval: 15,000 – 18,000 PLN gross/month.

Your Responsibilities:
• Evaluating RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs to identify the key requirements that need to be met or exceeded in order to deliver strong customer proposals.
• Ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, competitive proposals, mainly for Global Key Accounts, in close collaboration with the Lead Tender Manager and/or Bid Owner.
• Supporting the preparation and submission of compliant, professionally structured proposals within customer-defined deadlines, excluding pricing content.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, IT, Product, and other subject matter experts to gather and align proposal content.
• Ensuring compliance with proposal management processes, guidelines, and internal standards.
• Supporting the implementation and rollout of proposal management software across the team.
• Maintaining and updating the Content Management System used for tender management.

Your Profile:
• University degree in business administration, economics, logistics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience (tender management) with a solid business understanding, including basic financial awareness and sound commercial judgment.
• Previous experience in the logistics & supply chain industry, knowledge of global forwarding operations, and the broader freight and customer landscape would be considered advantages.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, tactfully, and confidently across different audiences.
• Fluency in both Polish and English are a must.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural teams while also working independently and managing priorities in a results-driven environment.
• Strong interest in innovation and continuous improvement.Good understanding of how AI and digital tools can support smarter, faster, and more efficient ways of working.
• Customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to understand needs, respond proactively, and build trust through clear communication and reliable delivery.
• Agile approach to work, with flexibility, curiosity, and a proactive attitude toward new ideas, challenges, and ways of improving processes.
