🏢 WHAT YOU’LL DO
● Oversee daily operations across a portfolio of multifamily apartment communities
● Lead, mentor, and support onsite Property Managers, leasing teams, and maintenance leadership
● Drive occupancy, resident retention, rental revenue growth, and NOI performance across the region
● Review financial reporting, budgets, variance reporting, collections, and operational KPIs
● Conduct regular property inspections and operational audits to ensure consistency and quality standards
● Support capital improvement planning, special projects, and operational initiatives across the portfolio
● Collaborate with leadership on revenue optimization, marketing strategy, and leasing performance
● Oversee budgeting processes, purchasing controls, and expense management initiatives
● Ensure company policies, operational procedures, and customer service standards are consistently followed
● Support recruiting, hiring, training, and development of onsite teams
● Participate in operational meetings, leadership initiatives, and portfolio planning discussions
● Maintain strong communication with executive leadership regarding portfolio performance and operational priorities

🎒 WHAT IT TAKES
● 8–10+ years of multifamily property management experience

● Proven leadership experience managing onsite operations, leasing, and maintenance teams
● Experience improving occupancy, resident retention, and operational efficiency across multiple assets
● Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
● Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound operational decisions under pressure
● Construction or capital project experience preferred
● Proficiency with property management systems and Microsoft Office required
● Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the region as needed
