Exciting Opportunity: Regional Property Manager - Multifamily Value-Add
Location: Colorado Springs, CO market
CORY is hiring a highly organized, execution-focused Regional Property Manager to oversee day-to-day performance across multiple assets. This role is ideal for an operator who enjoys being close to the assets and driving results through consistent follow-through.
About Our Client:
Our client is a private real estate investment firm focused on value-add multifamily strategies across the U.S. Known for its execution-driven culture, lean model, and strong strategic alignment, the actively scaling platform offers significant responsibility and visibility to senior leadership.
Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
Support regional multifamily portfolio business plan execution.
Primary coordinator with property management and local vendors.
Track renovations, unit turns, and capital projects; flag delays/risks.
Conduct site walks/inspections, document findings, and follow up.
Monitor leasing, collections, and expense performance.
Assist with weekly/monthly reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
Coordinate invoice approvals, compliance, and vendor records.
Proactively escalate issues and support leadership in problem-solving.
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
5+ years in multifamily operations and property management. Preferably, value-add or distressed asset experience.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Proficient with property management systems and spreadsheets.
Able to manage multiple priorities across assets and stakeholders.
Hands-on, self-directed professional with strong follow-through.
Bilingual strongly preferred
