Reporting to the SVP of Operations, the Regional Projects Vice President is responsible for overseeing the execution of projects across multiple regions, ensuring operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement initiatives (The PremiStar Way). This role is accountable for driving profitable execution, contribution margin improvement, and risk management across all construction and project work within the region, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the safety and quality standards. This role standardizes project controls, strengthens project manager capability, and partners with sales and operations to convert backlog into predictable revenue and EBITDA while supporting integration and scalability objectives.

This job operates in both an office and a field environment. Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
This role requires regular walking, standing, stooping, bending-over, and the ability to operate a vehicle.
