We're seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead multiple behavioral health programs, drive operational excellence, and expand services throughout the region. This leadership role oversees program performance, financial management, compliance, staff development, and strategic growth, ensuring high-quality care for the communities we serve.
Lead and support multiple behavioral health programs and leadership teams.
Develop strategies to improve quality, service delivery, and program growth.
Ensure compliance with licensing, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee staffing, performance management, and leadership development.
Manage program budgets, revenue, and operational performance.
Build strong partnerships with community organizations, referral sources, and government agencies.
Champion quality improvement initiatives and positive client outcomes.
Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field.
5+ years of experience in behavioral health, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Experience overseeing mental health and/or substance use programs preferred.
Professional licensure is preferred but not required.
Must meet all required Pennsylvania background clearance requirements.
