Shift: Days General Summary: The Professional Coding Supervisor is accountable for the management and coordination of system-wide coding functions. This position is responsible for identifying and solving coding related issues, implementing performance improvement and other operational initiatives as needed. Ensures staff adherence to productivity, quality, and compliance standards and is supportive of departmental metrics and organizational goals and objectives.
