Im Einzelnen umfasst das folgende Tätigkeiten:
• Portfoliomanagement für die zugewiesenen Ländern, in enger Abstimmung mit Sales und dem globalen Produktmanagement
• Verantwortlich für die Steuerung neuer Produkteinführungen für die zugewiesenen Märkte und Kategorien
• Durchführung oder Unterstützung von technischen Produktschulungen bei Produkteinführungen, für den Vertrieb und Kunden
• In Zusammenarbeit mit dem zentralen Produktmanagement erstellen Sie entsprechende Verkaufsargumentationen
• Marktbeobachtung für die zugeordneten Produktgruppen
• Anwendungstest mit neuem Produkt inklusive erster Kundenfeedbacks
• Normung und Verbandsarbeit
Specifically, this includes the following activities:
• Portfolio management for the assigned countries, in close coordination with Sales and global product management
• Responsible for managing new product launches for the assigned markets and categories
• Conducting or supporting technical product training for product launches, for sales and customers
• Working with central product management to develop appropriate sales arguments
• Market observation for the assigned product groups
• Application testing with new products, including initial customer feedback
• Standardization and association work
Qualifikationen:
• Technische Berufsausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Bereich SHK oder Weiterbildung zum Meister / Techniker SHK
• Kaufmännische Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
• Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)
• Gute Deutsch- und gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sicheres Auftreten, sowie ein selbstständiger Arbeitsstil
Qualifications:
• Technical vocational training with several years of professional experience in the field of HVAC or further training as a master craftsman/technician in HVAC
• Commercial knowledge is desirable
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Confident manner and independent working style
