Job Description

Our client pioneers revolutionary ECAS-based cleaning solutions. Were seeking a Regional Product Manager to drive growth in Southeast Asia (SEA) by expanding our market presence and team.


As the Regional Product Manager, you'll lead SEA product growth. Manage a team, devise strategic plans, and adapt HQ successes to our region. Drive sales, market analysis, and achieve annual targets.

Location: Singapore
Region: Southeast Asia

Working responsibilities:

  • Develop SEA business strategy for cleaning solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the product team.
  • Expand customer base in industrial and commercial sectors.
  • Collaborate with HQ, apply successful strategies in SEA.
  • Create marketing plans and monitor product awareness.
  • Achieve market penetration and annual goals.

Requirements:

  • Having product experience in Fluid Air OR Cleaning solution
  • Bachelors or masters in chemical, electronics engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales in industrial or commercial cleaning.
  • Experience managing teams (5-10 members).
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM, Power BI, MS Office.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
