DuPont Adhesives & Fluids is a global business serving the automotive industry, positioned for strong growth over the next five years through vehicle electrification and lightweighting. Success will depend on strategic asset planning, innovation commercialization, and disciplined pricing and cost management.
We are seeking a talented Regional Product Manager to lead the APAC adhesives portfolio. The role will drive profitable growth, support commercialization of new technologies, and leverage China manufacturing assets to improve regional competitiveness and customer responsiveness.
Responsibilities:
• Own regional product line profitability, analyze key performance metrics, and deliver improvement plans to meet PO financial objectives.
• Partner with the Global Product Manager to develop regional product, asset, and supply plans aligned with business strategy.
• Lead regional asset strategy and capital planning to ensure capacity supports demand growth and asset profitability.
• Understand the competitive landscape, including competitor strategies, capabilities, offerings, and cost structures.
• Recommend price, mix, cost, and portfolio actions to improve gross margin, including SKU rationalization.
• Work with sourcing to develop regional raw material strategies and drive variable cost reduction projects.
• Develop and execute pricing objectives, manage regional pricing tools, and drive full SFDC price request tool utilization.
Competencies and skills
• Engineering or Science degree; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, or Sales.
• Strategic mindset with strong commercial and business acumen.
• Strong communication skills to align stakeholders and motivate execution.
• Self-motivated, organized, disciplined, and able to prioritize effectively.
• Strong analytical and business modeling skills; comfortable using data to drive decisions.
• Advanced MS Excel required; Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Willingness to work across global teams and time zones.
