Regional Product Manager supports the delivery of compliant and high-quality product features by bridging product development with regulatory requirements. It ensures that platform functionalities, integrations, and user journeys align with applicable regulations while contributing to efficient backlog management, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous platform improvement. Through close coordination with cross-functional teams, the role helps translate regulatory frameworks into actionable product specifications and supports the smooth implementation, monitoring, and reporting of regulatory-driven initiatives.

As a Regional Product Manager in our company you would be responsible for:

Product Delivery & Backlog Support

• Support the management and prioritization of product and regulatory-related backlog items
• Work with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and ensure smooth delivery of features
• Contribute to translating regulatory requirements into clear product specifications

Regulatory Alignment

• Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to maintain alignment with Brazilian regulations (SPA and related frameworks)
• Support the implementation of regulatory changes into product features and flows
• Assist in ensuring that platform features operate within defined compliance standards

Integrations & Certification

• Support the integration of new games and features, coordinating testing and certification activities with external laboratories
• Assist in preparing documentation and ensuring readiness for certification processes

Platform Monitoring & Improvements

• Contribute to monitoring key systems such as KYC, GeoIP, and payments to identify issues or improvement opportunities
• Support ongoing enhancements to user journeys within regulatory constraints
• Assist in identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements to existing processes

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations) to align on priorities and delivery timelines
• Support communication with external stakeholders, including verification providers and regulatory-related partners

Regulatory Reporting Support

• Assist in the preparation and coordination of regulatory reports (e.g. SIGAP)
• Ensure data accuracy and alignment with reporting requirements

Requirements:

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in product management or a related role
• Experience working in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders
• Exposure to regulated industries (iGaming, fintech, payments, or similar) is a strong advantage

Core Skills

• Familiarity with product discovery and delivery processes
• Experience working with backlog management tools such as Jira
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making
• Ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into structured product inputs

Technical & Domain Knowledge

• Basic understanding or exposure to KYC systems, payments, or fraud-related flows is desirable
• Familiarity with GeoIP or location-based systems is a plus
• Interest in regulatory frameworks and how they impact digital products

Communication

• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Comfortable collaborating with international teams and stakeholders
