All about the role:

At the Electrolux Group in Latin America, we have four general product lines: Food Preparation, Food Preservation, Fabric Care and Wellbeing. Within each product line, the Product Line teams are responsible for developing product portfolios to boost our brands, create competitive advantages, and grow the business. They are dedicated, client-centered and dynamic teams, working closely across functions to deliver relevant consumer experiences to global and local markets.

What you’ll do:

As part of the Electrolux Regional Product Line team, you will contribute to our purpose of shaping living for the better by delivering outstanding lifetime experiences with solutions that always get better. In this role as a Regional Product Line Specialist, you will be responsible for Product Line Wellbeing & SDA across the Latin American region. You will lead the category P&L, oversee portfolio management for Latin America, and implement a successful go-to-market strategy. This includes close collaboration with R&D, Design, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure the timely development of innovative products that win in the marketplace. You will also be responsible for effective product range, messaging, launch planning, and execution—grounded in a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and retail dynamics.

In detail, you will:

- Support the management of the category’s P&L;

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and financial performance across the category, brand, and clusters; propose actions to achieve business targets;

- Contribute to the development of the category’s Strategic Plan, aligned with the overall Product Line strategy;

- Define and deliver the product roadmap, from project scope to market launch and follow up its execution;

- Collaborate with commercial teams in each cluster to execute the strategy and deliver P&L objectives;

- Evaluate strategic pricing opportunities and identify market sweet spots in coordination with local teams;

- Provide input to Brand and Marketing teams for product messaging and point-of-sale (POS) materials.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI).

Who you are:

You have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, or related field;

- Experience in product line/category management;

- Knowledge of Small Domestic Appliances (Portables) products/industry is a plus;

- Experience working with Latin American countries besides Brazil is a plus;

- Fluency in English;

- Spanish will be considered a plus.

Where you'll be:

You will be based at the São Paulo office, the center of Electrolux Sales and Marketing operations in Brazil and the workplace of collaborators who are driven by the creation of value along the steps of the Consumer Journey.

You will be based at the Guabirotuba plant in Curitiba. One of the focal points for all Latin American Electrolux operations, this plant is the base for over 3200 collaborators, all focused on transforming the way the world lives by shaping lives for the better with their work.
