Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
  • 2 years of experience working with engineering, product teams, or executive leadership.
  • 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to take complex, ambiguous topics, and present them in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence, and adapt to the motivations of different stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional boundaries.
  • Excellent GA4 analysis, interpretation, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and people management skills, with experience of influencing executives, managers and sellers both in and outside Google via one-one and one-many format.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish or Portuguese fluently to support internal/external stakeholder management in this region.

In this role, you will help to scale Measurement product adoption across the Americas region by directly working with GCS sellers and customers. You will influence executive business stakeholders, work cross-functionally to direct the product activation strategy for Google Customer Solutions (GCS) business programs. You will influence cross-functional teams while building and delivering the go-to-market (GTM) plan for the product area.


You will lead the activation of Measurement products for customers' goals. You will advocate for the needs, opportunities, and gaps that GCS customers experience with our product teams. You will equip promoters with the right knowledge, resources, market insights, and tools to drive customer success and product adoption growth.

Your focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products. As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. Working in one of three specialized areas – Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform – you'll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. You will lead the activation of Measurement products for customers' goals. You will advocate for the needs, opportunities, and gaps that GCS customers experience with our product teams. You will equip promoters with the right knowledge, resources, market insights, and tools to drive customer success and product adoption growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop holistic, privacy-centric measurement and attribution models (e.g., GA4, incrementality) to address common marketing challenges across a large volume of accounts.
  • Lead sales enablement and training by organizing "train-the-trainer" programs to increase seller autonomy. Synthesize complex data into clear guidance, case studies, and vertical benchmarks that help sales teams lead competitive growth conversations.
  • Partner with Global Product Sales and Activation (PSA) and Product teams to identify segment-wide blockers. Develop solutions including automated tools and white papers to streamline client engagement and unlock regional growth.
  • Protect and grow segment-wide budgets by productizing cross-functional opportunities and creating standardized collateral that positions Google’s results against industry objectives.
