About the role

Join our Renewables – Electrification team in Stafford and help deliver product and equipment projects that make a real impact for our customers and the wider energy transition.

In this role, you lead the successful delivery of small to medium-sized non-turnkey and equipment-only projects, making sure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You work closely with customers, colleagues, and project teams to build strong relationships, solve problems, and keep delivery on track.

You bring technical knowledge, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach to help shape project outcomes, support team performance, and contribute to continuous improvement across the business.

What you’ll do

• Lead the delivery of product and equipment projects, ensuring clear progress against customer, quality, cost, and schedule goals
• Take accountability for project performance, including commercial outcomes and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate project resources and support effective delivery across internal teams and partners
• Use your technical and project experience to solve problems, make decisions, and guide next steps
• Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders through clear, confident communication
• Share knowledge, support colleagues, and help create a high-performing team environment
• Contribute to improving ways of working, best practice, and project delivery standards
• Help ensure the team delivers work that is efficient, effective, and aligned with business priorities

What you’ll bring

• We’re looking for someone who brings substantial experience in project delivery, project management, or a related engineering environment, along with the ability to lead work, influence others, and deliver strong results.

• Experience leading projects or coordinating complex work
