
King’s College Riyadh is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Regional Procurement Supervisor to join our growing team for July 2026, this position will work across both of our Riyadh Schools.

The Regional Procurement Supervisor is responsible for managing transactional procurement activities across the region. This role ensures efficient processing of purchase requirements, maintains accurate procurement records, coordinates compliance documentation, and timely delivery of goods and services to all schools. The position acts as a key liaison between schools, vendors, and the procurement team, supporting compliance and best practice in all procurement operations.
Key Accountabilities
Procurement Operations
• Manage and process purchase requirements for schools within the region.
• Maintain the regional procurement tracker to reflect status of purchases.
• Monitor and ensure timely delivery of goods & services to schools.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to resolve any operational issues related to procurement and delivery.
Compliance & Documentation
• Coordinate and ensure the collection and verification of compliance documents related to procurement and vendor on-boarding checklists.
• Conduct annual compliance review and maintain accurate vendor documentation.
• Maintain the contracts database for vendors under management.
Service Level Agreements
• Ensure SLAs with the schools / departments are adhered too.
• Support the schools and departments in understanding procurement procedures and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
Procurement Operations
• Manage and process purchase requirements for schools within the region.
• Maintain the regional procurement tracker to reflect status of purchases.
• Monitor and ensure timely delivery of goods & services to schools.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, UAE regulations, and ethical standards.
• Oversee the onboarding and management of vendors, including due diligence and contract administration.
• Maintain and update the approved vendor list, regularly surveying the market for new supply sources and evaluating vendor performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, academic departments) to understand procurement needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Participate in purchase order close-out activities and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
• Liaise with vendors to resolve any operational issues related to procurement and delivery.
Compliance & Documentation
• Coordinate the collection, verification, and archiving of compliance documents for all procurement transactions and vendor onboarding.
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) policies and procedures.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required procurement documentation and records.
• Provide guidance on procurement processes and procedures, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Ensure all procurement activities are conducted in a manner that mitigates operational, financial, and reputational risks.
Service Level Agreements
• Work with the Regional Head of Procurement and relevant stakeholders to establish clear, measurable SLAs for procurement processes, including purchase requisition turnaround times, vendor onboarding, compliance checks, and delivery schedules.
• Track procurement activities against established SLAs using the regional procurement tracker and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite). Regularly review performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Proactively manage procurement workflows to ensure all requests, orders, and deliveries are completed within agreed timeframes. Escalate issues that may impact SLA compliance to the Regional Head of Procurement and collaborate on resolution strategies.
• Serve as the main point of contact for schools and departments regarding procurement SLAs. Communicate SLA expectations, progress, and any deviations promptly and professionally. Provide guidance to internal teams on procurement procedures and
compliance requirements.
• Ensure vendors are aware of and comply with SLA requirements. Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, address any service failures, and participate in regular vendor reviews to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of SLA agreements, performance metrics, and corrective actions. Prepare regular SLA compliance reports for management review and support internal/external audits as required.
• Identify risks to SLA achievement (e.g., supply chain disruptions, compliance delays) and implement contingency plans to minimize operational, financial, and reputational impact.
Personal Specification
• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational and tracking skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with compliance documentation and procurement processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience working with ERP systems especially NetSuite is a must.
