As a Regional Procurement Manager – Marketing Content at Nestlé Global Procurement, your mission is to define and implement category strategies for your spend scope, leading commercial and sourcing activities through strategic sourcing processes, tools, and policies. We operate on a truly global scale, bringing together over 40 nationalities across three dynamic hubs in Switzerland, Panama, and Malaysia. You will make a difference by collaborating closely with marketing leaders and agencies. How you’ll make an impact as a Regional Procurement Manager – Marketing Content

  • Define and deliver regional category strategies for Marketing Content, using Nestlé’s strategic sourcing processes, tools and policies to drive competitive, compliant and value-led outcomes.
  • Partner with local, regional, global and cross-functional stakeholders to embed category plans into budgets, forecasts, scopes of work and price planning.
  • Drive value creation through savings, cost avoidance, total cost of ownership improvements, risk mitigation, benchmarking and innovation initiatives.
  • Contribute to global supplier strategies and lead regional supplier strategy implementation, negotiations and partnerships to strengthen commercial excellence and operational resilience.
  • Manage agency and supplier relationships, including scope reviews, commercial models, rate cards, performance management and continuous improvement.
  • Support Marketing Content transformation initiatives, including more efficient content production models, modular content, digital content, marketing technology, and AI-enabled ways of working where relevant.
  • Ensure compliance with Nestlé’s Corporate Business Principles, procurement policies, responsible sourcing requirements and supplier governance standards.

What will make you successful

  • Solid procurement experience in regional or global category management, ideally across marketing content, creative, production, digital, social, influencer or marketing technology services.
  • Strong understanding of agency commercial models, scopes of work, rate cards, production processes, supplier performance management and contract governance.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional and agency stakeholders in a multi-national environment.
  • Strong commercial and supplier management capabilities, including negotiation, benchmarking, risk management, responsible sourcing and senior-level influencing.
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience using spend data, benchmarks and business insights to shape category strategies and sourcing decisions.
