Regional Process Manager – Distribution & Inventory O2C

Your role @Chanel
As Regional Process Manager – Distribution & Inventory O2C, you play a role in securing, optimizing and evolving end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash, Distribution and Inventory processes for the UK Region.
Your scope encompasses both Manhattan SCALE (WMS) and Dynamics 365 (ERP), as well as the distribution processes they underpin. You lead process and system evolution from design through adoption, ensuring operational resilience, service excellence and readiness for future growth.
You work closely with the Distribution Management Team, Finance, Retail Partners, Supply Chain and Technology teams to define, measure and improve operational performance. You are responsible for building a robust management reporting and KPI framework that drives accountability, transparency and evidence-based decision-making across the operation.
