Regional Process Lead Supply - Fragance & Beauty Operations Europe CHANEL

ABOUT THE CONTEXT

The Regional Fragrance & Beauty Forecast team combines deep knowledge of product, business and local markets - operating at the croassroad of marketing, finance, commercial and supply chain teams - ensuring the right expression of demand and to maximize the service level for Europe F&B. This expertise is essential to secure production volumes, guarantee stock availability, protecting brand image and business potential.

The D365 “HERO” Program is a multi-year global transformation in Finance & Operations, implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 across all regions. HERO’s ambition is to harmonize multiple regional ERPs worldwide while respecting divisional operating models and métier specificities.

In Europe, HERO includes the creation of a new Order-to-Cash (O2C) team, designed to simplify operations, improve efficiency, and ensure business continuity in a context of major transformation.

As part of this journey, you will join the F&B Europe Operations team – O2C team and report to RPO O2C. As Regional Process Lead Supply, you will be a key actor in shaping and securing the transformation of the O2C process, ensuring its performance and its alignment with HERO and other large-scale European supply transformation initiatives.

YOUR ROLE

•Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of O2C Supply processes within the HERO Program.

•Act as guarantor of end-to-end supply process performance, embedding both CHANEL’s strategic ambitions and market best practices.

•Pilot a transversal team of functional experts in different business teams supported by external consultants.

•Ensure alignment across Finance, Sales O2C, R2R, IT, Procurement, and Supply stakeholders – at division, global and local levels.

•Anticipate and escalate risks to the RPO, securing alignment with the domain’s strategic roadmap.

•Promote and safeguard local business specificities within global governance.

Your service orientation ensures that solutions remain reliable, pragmatic, and business-oriented, always balancing operational and strategic considerations.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

•10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or transformation leadership within complex international environments.

•Proven track record in large-scale ERP transformation programs (preferably D365).

•Strong expertise in O2C and end-to-end supply processes.

•Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, with the capacity to influence constructively.

•Experience in transversal leadership, governance, and managing external consultant across deployment

•Ability to simplify complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
