As the Regional Practice Leader in Bridges, Tunnels & Marine, Western Canada, you will provide strategic, technical and operational leadership for CIMA+ Bridge, Tunnel, and Marine infrastructure engineering practice within the Transportation Group across Western Canada. In collaboration with CIMA+’s existing teams, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of professionals delivering bridge, tunnel, and marine infrastructure projects, while scaling the practice into a market-leading position in Western Canada
The role combines strong technical credibility in bridge engineering with business leadership, client development and talent management. The successful candidate will play a key role in growing the Bridge, Tunnel, and Marine infrastructure practice, strengthening CIMA+’s position in the Western Canadian transportation market, and developing its technical and leadership capabilities.
Main Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is a recognized engineering and business leader who combines strong technical credibility with strategic thinking, business acumen and exceptional leadership capabilities. They are well connected within the Western Canadian bridge, tunnel, and marine infrastructure market and have a demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships, develop new business, grow an engineering practice and build high-performing teams. Entrepreneurial and collaborative, they have the ability to translate market opportunities into sustainable business growth.
This is a growth-oriented leadership mandate with the opportunity to build a significant Bridge, Tunnel and Marine infrastructure business and establish CIMA+ as a leading player in Western Canada.
