
Regional Portfolio Manager (Affordable) - CalCoast Corporate Office | San Diego, CA
As a Regional Portfolio Manager (Affordable) with CONAM, you will oversee many properties in a portfolio. You will make decisions in order to achieve the overall objectives of the communities in your region. You’ll hire, train, mentor, lead and inspire a team of property management professionals. You’ll oversee financial budgeting and reporting and you’ll manage the marketing and leasing efforts for all apartment communities in the portfolio.

What We Are looking For: Regional Portfolio Manager to support an Affordable Portfolio in San Diego, CA area with a strong experience in affordable properties.
This position is Full-Time | Salary | Full Benefits
Pay Range for this position is: $100,000 – $110,000 / Yr + Up to 12% additional compensation with bonus program.
Marketing & Leasing: Oversee marketing, leasing, and occupancy goals, ensuring compliance with waiting lists and signage.
Financial & Reporting: Manage financial performance, track revenue/expenses, and report financial status.
Supervisory: Manage staff, address performance issues, report injuries, and conduct evaluations.
Education & Training: Ensure staff training completion and provide additional support as needed.
Recruitment: Work with Talent Acquisitions to recruit, interview, and retain staff.
Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to fair housing laws, regulations, and property management agreements.
Regulatory Compliance: Oversee regulatory programs, recertifications, and audits, ensuring compliance.
Customer Service/Communication: Communicate effectively and respond to resident concerns within one business day.
Risk Management: Ensure OSHA compliance, report incidents, and maintain required posters.
General: Maintain a real estate license, attend meetings, and manage time effectively to meet goals.
Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Driving: Ability to drive for business purposes to include, bank deposits, community supplies, competitive analysis of neighboring communities, and other duties as assigned.
