As a Regional Planner, you won't just be "dispatching" you will be the architect of a high-performance regional network. What You Bring to the Table:
The Mindset: A self-starter who treats their region like their own business. You are as comfortable talking to a driver as you are analyzing a spreadsheet.
The Tech Stack: Experience with modern TMS (Qargo preferred) and a high level of comfort using AI tools and algorithmic routing platforms.
The Skills: Strong understanding of logistics operations, HOS regulations, and freight pricing.

-Negotiation chops: You know how to secure the best rates in a volatile market.
The Experience: 6+ years in regional planning, freight brokerage, or carrier operations optimization.
