We’re looking for a Regional Performance Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting one of our motor manufacturer clients. Responsible for a defined group of Bodyshops, the Regional Performance Manager will work to manage and nurture these relationships to maximise compliance and profit opportunities for all parties with a key focus on standards adherence, increasing repairs and parts sales across the network.
The Regional Performance Manager will review and manage network compliance ensuring adherence to the manufacturers standards and audits are passed first time. The Regional Performance Manager will also analyse and interpret key performance data to ensure Bodyshops meet their targets and business objectives, making informed recommendations and decisions based on factual insight.
The Regional Performance Manager will manage their regions engagement regarding work providers, promoting the benefits to maximise vehicle repair volumes. The Regional Performance Manager will also carry out periodic audits and vehicle inspections to verify repair accuracy, correct parts usage and compliance with work provider SLAs and programme standards.
