YOUR TASKS:
• Lead and inspire a regional HR team, ensuring high-quality People & Culture support across Eastern Europe.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding.
• Ensure seamless execution of all People & Culture processes in the region/countries, aligned with our global P&C strategy and business priorities.
• Act as a strategic partner to the Regional Management Team, providing guidance on organizational design, talent development, change management, compensation, and employee engagement.
• Steer annual corporate P&C processes, such as development conferences, salary reviews, and bonus cycles.
• Ensure legal compliance, staying aligned with local labor laws and regulations across the region.
• Oversee payroll accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with country-specific requirements.
• Collaborate closely with global P&C teams, supporting organizational changes and contributing to strategic global initiatives and projects.
• Drive consistent implementation of global P&C policies and strategies across all countries in your scope.

YOUR PROFILE:
• University degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Law, or related field
• 7+ years of HR experience, including team leadership and work in an international environment
• Strong knowledge of labor law and experience with other Eastern European markets
• Broad expertise across HR processes: recruitment, development, compensation, performance, payroll, and employee relations
• Experience supporting organizational change and partnering with senior leaders
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Fluent English and proficiency with HR systems and MS Office; experience with global HR tools is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic, hands-on mindset
• comfortable with working in dynamic environments and managing complexity across countries and cultures
