Job Description

The Regional Parts Manageris responsible fordriving sales growth and expanding market penetration for crushing and screening wear and spare parts across all major equipment brands. This position will focus on theCanadian territory. Serving as the primary commercial and technical liaison, this role supports the Company’s dealer network and end users within the aggregates and mining industries, ensuring strong relationships, technicalexpertise, and strategic sales execution.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in aggregates and mining applications, with a strong understanding of crushing and screening processes. Success in this role requires ahandsonapproach to territory management, proactive dealer development, and the ability to build andmaintainstrong customer relationships. A solid technical foundation is essential for supporting customers,optimizingproduct performance, and enhancing the Company’s presence within the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales of rock crusher wearand spareparts throughout Canada.

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed revenue and margin targets.

  • Establish, assign, and onboard new dealers whilemaintainingand strengthening relationships with existing dealer partners.

  • Provide technical and applications-based support to dealers and end users, including product recommendations and wear optimization.

  • Conduct regular customer and dealer visits, including on-site evaluations,trainingand troubleshooting support.

  • Maintainaccurateandtimelyupdates in company CRM systems, including customer activity, forecasts, opportunities, and dealer performance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and resolve issues.

  • Monitor market conditions, competitive activity, and customer trends within the territory.

Basic Qualifications:

  • GED or Diploma

  • Minimum of 2 years ofsales experience

  • Experience inmanufacturing or machinerysales-basedorganization

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.

  • Strong time management skills

  • Must be able to organize work

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A college degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and two years ofdemonstratedprofessional experience may be substituted

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Must be high energy and motivated to do what isrequiredto meet business deadlines

  • Demonstrated ability to work across functional areas and levels of management

  • Effective verbal and listening communication skills

  • Attention to detail andhigh levelof accuracy

  • The individual mustmaintainstrict confidentiality in performing the duties of the sales,marketingand office information.

Skills and Experience:

  • 5+yearsexperiencein the aggregates and mining industries, preferably with direct exposure to crushing and screening equipment.

  • Demonstratedapplicationsknowledge of crushing and screeningwearand spareparts and their performance in varying operating conditions.

  • Provenproficiencywith CRM tools and sales reporting systems.

  • Aftermarket sales or sales support experience inaggregate processing equipment industry

  • Demonstrate the ability to define,implementandmaintainaction plans

  • Demonstratehigh levelof analytical ability with proficient knowledge of MS Office packages

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build solid working relationships within the company and throughout a global dealer network.

  • Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills

  • Communication and collaboration skills with the ability to develop relationships across levels,geographiesand segments

Travel:

  • Willingness and ability to travel – up to 50%.

  • Valid passport fortravel overseas

  • Valid driver’s license

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
