The Regional Partner Development Manager (PDM) is responsible for accelerating Microsoft cloud growth through strategic partner engagement across a designated region. The PDM drives partner performance, capability development, and business transformation to enable partners to build profitable Microsoft practices, scale customer impact, and deliver against Microsoft's strategic priorities.This role serves as the primary regional leader for a portfolio of strategic partners, distributors, and ecosystem stakeholders. The PDM influences partner executives, orchestrates field and corporate resources, and drives execution of initiatives across Solution Areas including AI, Security, Modern Work, Azure, Business Applications, and Digital & App Innovation.Success is measured through partner business growth, cloud consumption, customer acquisition, Copilot and AI adoption, solution deployment, services creation, and partner capability development.
