Job Location: GA Atlanta 2 - Smyrna, GA 30082

An integral part of US Med-Equip, The Regional Operations Manager is accountable for managing the operational processes for multiple locations in the US Med-Equip structure. Employee will have the ability to work independently, be detail oriented and have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Employee will be able to communicate verbally and in writing in a personable and effective manner.

Job Responsibilities
- Recruiting, hiring, and training Team Leader staff to ensure company operations are performed adequately and customer satisfaction is achieved
- Supports the companys revenue growth goals by interacting with the appropriate Regional Sales Director(s) and Business Development Representative(s) to ensure locations are prepared and equipped to service partners effectively
- Manages costs including payroll, vehicle, and supplies to ensure optimal profit for location
- The Regional Operations Manager will be the point person for instituting company policies and initiatives.
- The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for the preparation of data and information for business partner reviews. This will include delivery and pickup timeliness and PM compliance
- Meets weekly with all Team Leaders and the leadership of the company to ensure equipment needs are understood and that locations are prepared for rental activities
- Responsible for end of month oversite of the billing readiness by location
- Face to face communication with local partners and senior contacts to assist with sales efforts
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

QualificationsRequirements
Education and Experience
- B.A. or B.S. Degree or
- Five years multi site experience with business operations in a similar scope to our regions.
Abilities and Skills:
- Adequate understanding of the medical equipment industry
- Understanding of company financials and decision making
- Proven remote management abilities
