Position - Regional Operations Manager

Based in – Dubai, UAE

Reports to – Head of Operations (Based in Singapore)

Role Purpose

The Regional Operations Manager is a key leadership role based in Dubai. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Operations, this role is responsible for overseeing the client fleet operational efficiency and performance within the assigned regions. The Regional Operations Manager plays a crucial role in aligning operational strategies with client's overall business objectives while optimizing resources to drive growth and innovation.

Budget : AED 37-40k (fixed base pay) + Family Status (Visa, tickets, and Insurance)

Role Type : Its a new role as the client is expanding in the Region.

• Someone who was a Captain 5-8 yrs before in the past will be a plus.
