The Role You'd Play as aTravelRegional Operations Director.

DaVitais seeking a high performing, experiencedDirector for thisunique opportunity to make an impact across the Village in areas where wecouldbe solving for a variety of operational, financial, team or clinical challenges.

This Regional Operations Director will be deployed on assignments that could range from one to six months.

This role will require travel across the United States. Your role will be toserve as an interim ROD. Responsibilities will be toimmerse yourselfintothe region to assess the health of the portfolio,identifyproblems or barriers tosuccessand then put process in place as wellasidentifytools and resources to support the team.

You willreport to Sean Graham,Division Vice Presidentwith adottedline to the DVPfor the division and region you are supporting on yourproject assignment You willcollaborate with other region and division leaders including a finance manager,peopleservicesmanager,andmedical directors to drive your business forward.

Required qualifications to be a successful Director of Operations:

  • 3+years’ experience as aDaVita Operator
  • Strong leadership acumen; successful team management and development
  • Demonstratedtrack recordof successful fiscal and operating leadership;demonstratedfinancialexpertise
  • Experience working in a matrix organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities across various stakeholders and departments
  • Demonstrated strong analytical,quantitativeand logical thinking skills
  • Advance computer skills andproficiencyinall DaVita Systems arerequired StrongMS Excelrequired; intermediate skills andproficiencyin MS Work, Outlook and PowerPoint required
  • Availability fornational travel depending on the needs of the assignment;will range from 50-80%

Some details about this position:

  • Deployed across the Village on long termassignments, anywhere from 1-6 months
  • Completeaccountability for your P&L,manage financial and revenue growth, labormanagement, contractmanagementand capital expenses.
  • Driveoperational, financial, team and clinicalperformance of your business through KPIs/metrics.
  • Work directly with clinic managers (FAs) in clinics toidentifyand addressteammateand patient concerns to drive towardsRegionalgoals and standards
  • Address top growth priorities, provide duediligenceand lead successful operational conversions on acquisitions and strategic growth
  • Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives that maximize the region’s clinical care and growth potential
  • Interface with business leaders from a broad range of functional teams, including Finance, People Services, Strategy, Quality, and others in support of strategy and operational execution.
  • Responsible for onboarding and training your replacement ROD
