The role:

As an Asia Regional Operational Excellence Lead, you will help drive our goals by:

• Partnering with regional operations leaders across APAC to define priorities and deliver a structured operational excellence roadmap across multiple manufacturing sites.

• Leading high-impact improvementprogrammesthat enhance productivity, safety, quality, costperformanceand operational efficiency.

• Driving adoption of the JM Production System and continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma principles.

• Building operational capability through coaching,trainingandthe sharing ofbest practices,toolsand governance processes.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align resources and deliver sustainable business improvements.

• Leading and developing a team of Operational Excellence specialists while embedding a culture of continuous improvement.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Black Belt Lean Six Sigma qualification withsignificant experiencedelivering transformational operational and financial improvements.

• Proven background in Operational Excellence, ContinuousImprovementor Operations Transformation within complexorganisations

• Strongtrack recordof delivering measurable performance improvements across multiple sites or business units.

• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build effective relationships across functions,culturesand geographies, notably Asia

• Excellent analytical, problem-solvingand project management capabilities supported by data-driven decision making.

• Experience leading,mentoringand developing improvement teams with a strong focus on execution and delivery.
