Job Description

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, operational guidelines, and SOPs across all APAC sites.
  • Maintain version control, manage SOP updates, and oversee training programmes.
  • Implement structured audit programmes (desktop and on-site) covering SOP compliance, WMS integrity, inventory controls, security, 5S, and HSSE.

Performance Management

  • Review site performance regularly, identify gaps, and lead pragmatic action plans to improve service, cost, and productivity.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making and best-practice sharing across countries.

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Define operational procurement guidelines for warehousing (MHE, racking, consumables, PPE, temp labour, security services).
  • Partner with Procurement on sourcing strategies, rate cards, contract terms, and cost optimisation initiatives.
  • Ensure third-party vendors comply with ethics and trade compliance requirements (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Act).

HSSE & Security

  • Uphold HSSE standards (ISO 45001, TAPA where relevant) and ensure audit readiness.
  • Drive incident prevention and compliance across all sites.

WMS & Process Optimisation

  • Oversee WMS operational design (receiving, put-away, slotting, pick/pack, wave/ship, cycle count).
  • Ensure master data governance, compliance flows, and system health checks; support upgrades and new releases.

Site Support & Deployment

  • Deploy to sites for new start-ups, stabilisation, or turnaround projects.
  • Lead playbook execution, operator training, and interim management support until performance stabilises.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with Country Operations Managers, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Finance, and Safety & Security to meet SLAs and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Support customer meetings and site visits as required.

· 8 - 12+ years in warehouse operations/contract logistics, with multi-site or regional leadership experience (APAC exposure strongly preferred).

· Proven track record in SOP implementation, audits, and performance improvement.

· Deep WMS expertise and strong analytical skills.

· Solid HSSE knowledge and disciplined execution.

· Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
