ABOUT THE POSITION

The Regional Omni Planner plays a key role in driving data-informed demand and inventory decisions across categories, channels, and seasonal horizons. This role is responsible for developing and managing demand forecasts, aligning cross-functional partners, and optimizing inventory to support financial and service-level goals.

You will partner closely with Merchandising, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to translate data into actionable insights—balancing forecast accuracy, inventory risk, and business opportunity. This role is ideal for a highly analytical planner who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about leveraging data to influence outcomes.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Develop and manage pre-season and in-season demand forecasts and inventory plans at the category, style, and style-color level, ensuring alignment to financial targets and business strategies
  • Participates in cross-functional forecast consensus meetings with Merchandising and Commercial partners, driving alignment on key assumptions, risks, and opportunities
  • Analyze sales trends, historical data, and business inputs to continuously refine forecasts and optimize inventory positions throughout the planning horizon
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify risks and opportunities, and provide clear, actionable recommendations to influence decision making
  • Manage inventory performance by monitoring demand, supply, and service levels, ensuring alignment to fill rate and inventory targets
  • Partner cross-functionally to solve complex business problems, improve processes, and enhance planning effectiveness across systems and tools
  • Create and maintain reporting and analytics that provide visibility into forecast performance, inventory health, and key business drivers

  • A data-driven decision maker who uses insights and analytics to guide recommendations

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and evolving business needs
  • An effective communicator who can translate data into compelling business stories

YOU HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–4 years of experience in planning, forecasting, analytics, or supply chain-related roles
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and generate insights that drive business decisions
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)
  • Experience with data visualization and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred
  • Working knowledge of retail math, forecasting techniques, and inventory planning concepts
  • Familiarity with merchandising, assortment planning, and retail sales analysis
