Regional Ocean CRVR & Agent View Manager – Asia Pacific

Leads the Ocean CRVR & Agent View function by driving operational excellence and customer experience across Cargo Readiness, Vessel Reconciliation, and Agent View workflows within the region. This role ensures optimal vessel utilization and planning accuracy by minimizing discrepancies between load lists and actual loading through proactive cargo readiness follow-ups and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Cargo Readiness Excellence

    • Monitor and reduce gaps between load list and actual loading to improve vessel planning accuracy

    • Ensure timely CRVR execution, including container pickup reminders and customer cargo status follow-ups

    • Enforce adherence to customer response deadlines to minimize operational delays

  • Lead Vessel Reconciliation & Data Quality

    • Oversee GCSS data quality to ensure bookings are aligned and loaded as scheduled

    • Ensure timely identification and resolution of discrepancies impacting vessel operations

    • Drive clearance of dummy bookings from GCA load ports to optimize vessel space utilization

  • Optimize Operational Efficiency

    • Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions to improve loading accuracy and turnaround time

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of vessel operations

  • Enhance Customer Experience via Agent View

    • Lead proactive management of critical workflow tasks through Agent View

    • Drive initiatives to reduce customer effort and operational downfalls across clusters

    • Improve NPS and CSLS results by strengthening quality and timeliness of issue resolution

  • Performance Monitoring & Governance

    • Track and analyze weekly performance metrics across clusters (cargo readiness, reconciliation, CX indicators)

    • Establish and monitor targets aligned with business objectives (e.g., effort reduction, downfall reduction, NPS improvement)

    • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership to drive continuous improvement

  • Stakeholder Management & Leadership

    • Partner with regional and global teams to ensure alignment on operational priorities

    • Coach and guide teams to strengthen execution discipline and customer-centric mindset

    • Act as escalation point for critical operational and customer issues

  • Continuous Improvement

    • Champion standardization of processes and best practices across the region

    • Drive innovation and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy

    • Embed a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, and service excellence

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field

  • 5–10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer operations

  • Strong understanding of Cargo Readiness, Vessel Reconciliation, and Agent View processes

  • Experience in leading 2-5 leaders and managing ~50+ indirect reports

  • Willing to work onsite in Pasig City

  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, performance management, continuous improvement, operations and customer experience skills
