Position Highlights:
- Collaborate with leadership teams to analyze trends in survey outcomes and recommend improvements.
- All facilities have stable leadership so this is a true regional role and not a float DON

Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of Director of Nursing experience in a SNF/LTC setting.
- Prior regional Nurse experience preferred
- Success in improving survey results with state and federal regulations in a SNF/LTC setting
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensure: Must have an RN license in any state and ability to obtain a HI license
