Job Title: Regional Medical Marketing & Performance Development Manager NN

Location: Dominican Republic

Main Objectives:

  • Identify and recognize the needs, trends, habits and insights of the health care professionals for the optimal development of the communication strategy in order to fully support and implement the products/ brands strategies. To drive HCPs recognition of Nestlé as a scientific, factual company, offering high quality products during the first 1000 days and beyond.
  • Achieve business synergies across CAR region always aligned with the strategies of the brands, ensuring a perfect harmony between the consumer and the health care professionals.
  • To build and maintain a competent, customer orientated, results driven, effective and efficient MFF. through indepth knowledge training of the applicable NN products to use the globally supported skills suite and best practice to their advantage to compliantly drive the marketing strategy and deliver the business objectives

A day as Regional Medical Marketing & Performance Development Manager NN

  • Responsible for analyzing and interpreting the health care professionals through permanent interaction and formal investigation to identify their needs and anticipate their future demands. Closely monitor competitor's activities, tactics and both scientific and branding materials utilized.
  • Develop and design scientific information materials aimed at the health professionals working closely with CMMs, Scientific affairs, regulatory, compliance and internal/external agencies.
  • Support the CMMs on the brands communication and execute the medical communication strategy accordingly to ensure and harmonize the core messages to build strong top of mind with HCPs including the Nutriguide (associated also with MFF/scientific affairs)
  • Identify the relevant scientific meetings, events, sponsorships in wich to participate. Coordinate and execute the logistic for the participation in the agreed events, both local and international, working closely with the CMMs and FOMs to sure those activities are aligned with the strategy
  • Responsible for strategical execution and control of the PFME assigned closely aligned with CMM.
  • Assist in the selection and induction process to ensure the MFF recruited has the correct profile and participate in a comprehensive induction programme, to ensure optimal performance and decrease attrition rate.

What makes you successfull:

  • Science/business academic background
  • At least 3 years experience in pharma/healthcare/ nutrition marketing or related management areas
  • At least 2 years experience working with agencies in the development of digital content and engagement activity setting
  • Caribbean Region experience is a plus
  • Fluent English (Mandatory)
  • Medical delegate experience (external or internal)
