Regional Medical Director

WHY THIS ONE

• $230,000 to $275,000 base, plus a 25% target bonus paid quarterly.
• Regional clinical leadership with a physician-led organization built around value-based care, combining direct patient care with responsibility for clinical quality and provider performance across the region.
• Florida has no state income tax, and Jacksonville housing runs roughly a third below the national median.
• If the range is not exactly where you need to be, it is still worth a conversation. The organization is flexible on compensation for the right person and would rather hear from someone genuinely interested in the work than have them screen themselves out on a number.
• WHAT WE ARE SCREENING FOR
• MD, Board Certified in Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care
• Active Florida medical license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience in a Medicare Advantage or value-based care setting
• Demonstrated clinical leadership experience: medical director, site lead, or regional leadership in a multi-site group
• Bilingual skills are not required. Visa sponsorship is not available.
• ALSO INCLUDED
• Malpractice insurance including tail coverage, $3,500 CME allowance plus four CME days, sign-on and relocation options, 401(k) with a 100% company match on the first 3% and 50% from 4% to 5% with no vesting period, medical, dental and vision with a $0 copay in network, PTO and sick leave, six paid holidays plus four floating.
