Regional Medical Advisor, Obesity & Diabetes

Middle part of Slovakia

Your new role

As Regional Medical Advisor for Obesity & Diabetes, you will serve as a trusted scientific partner, building peer-to-peer relationships with healthcare professionals while driving medical excellence across middle Slovakia. This is an opportunity to translate complex scientific evidence into meaningful insights that support better patient outcomes in two of the world's most pressing chronic disease areas.

Day-to-day your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the medical lead for obesity and diabetes therapeutic areas, providing accurate, balanced, and up-to-date medical information to healthcare professionals
  • Building and maintaining credible, science-based relationships with diabetologists, endocrinologists, internists, obesity specialists, and other key stakeholders
  • Presenting and interpreting clinical trial results, scientific evidence, and emerging medical insights to diverse healthcare audiences
  • Identifying regional medical needs and proposing relevant scientific and educational activities that address real gaps in clinical practice
  • Planning, organizing, and medically supporting scientific interactions, educational meetings, advisory boards, and other medical initiatives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement the medical strategy and key projects in obesity and diabetes
  • Generating and sharing field medical insights to support informed decision-making and the development of impactful medical activities
  • Ensuring all medical activities and external scientific communication are conducted in full compliance with ethical standards, legislation, and company policies

Within International Operations, our Medical Affairs team plays a vital role in strengthening the scientific foundation of our work. You'll be part of a science-driven environment that values medical excellence, collaboration, and continuous development, where your expertise directly contributes to improving the quality of care for people living with obesity and diabetes across the region.

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for a scientifically driven professional who can translate complex medical evidence into clear, credible communication with healthcare professionals. You'll bring with you:

  • University degree in Medicine or Pharmacy
  • Experience in obesity, diabetes, endocrinology, metabolic diseases, or a related therapeutic area
  • Strong ability to understand complex scientific data and communicate it clearly to different audiences, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build long-term professional relationships based on trust, credibility, and scientific expertise
  • Proactive, independent, and accountable approach to work, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments
  • Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken
  • Driving license category B and willingness to travel within Central Slovakia
