Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary owner for sustaining products, driving material readiness from mass production through End of Life (EOL). Lead seamless product transitions and serve as the material liaison for NPI launches.
  • Provide guidance to the Contract Manufacturers (CMs) to ensure continuity of supply. Optimize procurement, production scheduling, and capacity planning to meet global forecasts.
  • Identify supply chain vulnerabilities and lead weekly clear to build reviews to enhance supply and commit accuracy.
  • Drive inventory management to hit service level goals and turnover goals. Reconcile cost Bill of Materials (BOM) and bridge price gaps between suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure cost accuracy.
  • Establish performance metrics and delivery Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Communicate risks and status to executive leadership while leading process improvements to scale the team’s impact.
